Production introduction:
  1. This machine is specifically designed for vials ,suitable for automatic bottle feeding ,material filling, automatic covering  screwing & capping .
  2. Adopting high precision peristaltic pump filling, it goes to the bottle bottom to fill when filling ,and slowly rises up ,ensuring no foaming.It is easy to clean the pipe with different liquid or change the elder pipe , simple to operate .
  3. It is set to control  the volume by PLC system, realizing the setting of filling volume and bottles via the touch screen. The filling adjustable range is wide with high precision & simple operation.Integrated electric and pneumatic , this machine is able to finish auto bottle  unscrambling ,filling , covering & capping with high automation.It is convenient to dismantle and clean.
  4. Monoblock design not only ensures the filling accuracy  with less area & delicate appearance ,but also matches the GMP requirement,widely used for filling capping of  food ,pharmaceutics,daily chemicals and other vials.It can be customized according to bottles supplied by customer.


Working principle:
With labour to pour bottles into the bottle feeder ,the bottle will enter the seizing-notch of turning disk. And the it will auto do the double-nozzle filling , lidding ,screwing & capping ,controlled by PLC system, auto finishing the production cycle.


Characteristic :
  1. Controlled by PLC system, peristaltic pump volume filling  with high filling precision.
  2. Auto-induction plugging & capping with high passing rate.
  3. Auto-induction  and auto seizing the plug & plugging .The manipulator will put the lids and the magnetic head will realize capping with low bottle-broken rate, reliable and no loosen.
  4. It can auto remove the free-plug & free- cover bottles ,with  auto displaying  counting function.
  5. Simple structure, easy to dismantle ,sterilize , no pollution.
  6. Made of SUS304 stainless steel , delicate appearance , matching the GMP request.
