Empty Cans Depalletizer
The pop can empty can depalletizer is the mainly suitable for automatic depalletizing of the complete piles of the empty cans. It hoists the empty cans palletized on the pallets layer by layer from bottom to top and then send them to the conveying chain-plate. Used together with the empty can spraying washer, it can replace the manual ways arrangement and traditional empty can unloading machine, saving a lot of manpower and increasing production effects.



Slideway Can Washer
The front can turning- over cutter cage of the washer is connected with the rapid transportation of the can loading turn-table. The empty cans that come from the can turning-over machine have a 180°turn. Then the can entering the washing tank of the empty can wash by the opening downward. The back of the tank is the drain part. The water, which sprayed into the empty can flow back the tank, then the wastewater discharged by the discharge pipes. After cleaning the empty can have a 180°turn by the back can turning-over machine, then the can entering the feed conveyor belt by opening upward.


Can Filling and Sealing Machine
The machine is a device developed exclusively by Fillex machinery on the basis of digesting and absorbing domestic and international (still) pop can filling and seaming machine (sealing machines). It adopts the normal pressure filling principle. After it passes through the dialing wheel, the empty can will enter into the lift can supporting disc, and the filling valve is aligned with the empty can, which will rise for sealing. Meanwhile, the valve port of the filling valve is automatically opened. When the filling can will be conveyed to the sealing machine head by the hook chain. The cap will be sent onto the can mouth by the cap rises, the pressing head presses he can mouth, the sealing wheel carries out pre-sealing and then real sealing. After it is sealed, the can is pushed out by the beating head of the cap beating mechanism and then enters into the can discharging procedure.
The machine adopts PLC, frequency converter, human machine interface controlling system, having the advanced controlling technologies, such as frequency control; no can no filling and so on. The accurate production rate and quantity will be displayed on touch-screen via the kinds of sensors on the machine. Moreover, the production rate can be set on the touch screen. The main motor and other electrical equipments are all in protection state. Meanwhile all of the malfunctions can be found out easily, because they will be displayed on the touch screen. The main electric and pneumatic components of the machine are famous imported brands, and it also can be disposed according to client's requirements.


Liquid Nitrogen Injection Machine
This liquid nitrogen injection system adopts the heat insulation like rocket and human-machine interface.  Precisely injection , automatic adjustment and tracing technology. No container/No dose capability. The anti-freeze function raises utilization of the liquid nitrogen. This machine is easy operation. 
All of the three-piece can drink and food can be replaced by the thinner two-piece can. After filling, the liquid nitrogen will be injected into the can before sealing through the modern liquid nitrogen injection technique. The -196°C liquid nitrogen in the cans will become to nitrogen gas and expanded 700times when the liquid nitrogen absorbed the heat after sealing. Thus the nitrogen gas crowded out the air in the can prolonging the shelf life of the products. Moreover, the nitrogen gas will increase the inner pressure of the can, so the can will avoid flat tank after cooling when the can sterilized in the retort under 121°C for a long time and keep the products in a good condition during transportation. Last the aluminum can is much light than the tin can, and easily for transportation and storage, also cheaper than the tin can.


Spraying sterilization machine
This continuous sterilization machine is newly designed and manufactured by introducing the advanced foreign technique. It is used for sterilizing kinks of food products, such as plastic/glass bottles juice and beer, tin can and aluminum can juice under ordinary pressure, and even for cooling the hot filling tea and juice drinks and warming the low temperature filling carbonated-soft drinks.  
This machine is combined by the circled hot water spraying, warm water pre-cooling, and warming cans segments that can get better water and energy conservation. All of the cans will be carried in and out automatically, and the line would be achieved full automatically. The whole body of the machine is made of 304stainless steel; In addition the machine has a good appearance, smooth running state and simply operation.



Air Knife Blowing Dryer
This machine can be used for drying kinds of cans, bottles on the production line. This dryer replaces the brush one, which is stand wear and tear. It avoids the cans or bottle falling and prevents the cans from ash pollution that is caused by the brush damaged.
