3. High heating speed,and it takes 15-30 minutes from room temperature to 1000ºC
4.It adopts imported temperature control instrument, high precision of temperature control,has the temperature compensation and correction function, precision ±1ºC
5. Imported temperature control instrument with programmable function.It can set heating curve and programme 2 groups 16 segments.
6.Integrative structure with excellent appearance patent design.
7. Electronic parts and components adopt DELIXI brand with earth leakage function.It is safe and reliable.
8. With alerting signal for the over-temperature during the working process and it can complete protective action automatically.
9. When programs are set and press the starting button, the following steps will proceed automatically.
10.Gas path system can choose1 or 3 routes gas mass flow meter with mixed system for gas single-input single-output,and inlet gas with digital accuracy control. The touch screen controls flow switch and flow time automatically,which reach gas circuit control unattended operation with precision at ±1%  F.S and response time ≤4sec
11.Vacuum system adopts one set rotary-vane vacuum pump or vacuum unit, using digital composite vacuum gauge or pirani gage. The measuring instrument is integrated on the temperature control panel and easy to operation.
