Rosemount Displacer Float Level Switch with Alarm for Liquid Level Control

Summary

Measuring element of UTK displacer level controller is ball float or displacer, measuring element is connected with magnet tube. When level raised, magnet tube moves up and enters external magnetic field. Through magnet induction effect or magnet coupling effect, the magnet controlling switch or offset magnet steel is pulled and makes switch contact on or off. When level goes down, the magnet tube moves down and goes out off the external magnet field. Then the magnetic controlling switch backs to the original state or the offset magnet steel goes down back to new balance position under the action of self-weight, then makes switch contact on or off. In this way, it realizes level controlling and alarming.
