PVC (Φ16 - Φ32mm) four pipes extrusion production line include a KBL65/132 conical twin-screw extruder, a four-outlet vacuum forming table, a four outlet haul off machine, a four outlet cutter, a four outlet stacker, and 1 set of mould. The product material is PVC, best production pipe range is16mm-32mm. Comparing with the capacity of common PVC two pipes extrusion line, PVC four pipes extrusion line have more than 70% capacity higher. Comparing with the common extrusion line, this PVC four pipes extrusion line has much less investment at equipment cost, factory investment and production investment. There is no dust polluction from this extrusion line, as the cutter is equipped with saw cutting and automatical cylinder.
