vertical pipeline centrifugal pump ISG series :
ISG type pipeline centrifugal pump is designed and manufactured according to the performance parameters of IS type centrifugal pump and pipeline pump, referring to ISO2858 and the national pipeline centrifugal pump standard JB/T53058-93. The pump is optimized and designed with domestic hydraulic models.
At the same time, hot water pumps, high-temperature pumps, chemical pumps, oil pumps, etc. are derived on the basis of the ISG type according to the use temperature, medium, etc., which are the current national standard products to be promoted.
The basic structure of a vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is composed of six parts:
1. The impeller is the core part of the centrifugal pump. It has a high speed and a large output. The blades on the impeller play a major role. The impeller must pass a static balance experiment before assembly. The inner and outer surfaces of the impeller are required to be smooth to reduce the friction loss of the water flow.
2. The pump body is also called the pump housing, which is the main body of the water pump. Play a supporting and fixing role, and connect with the bracket for mounting the bearing.
3. The function of the pump shaft is to connect the motor with the coupling and transmit the torque of the motor to the impeller, so it is the main part of the transmission of mechanical energy.
4. The bearing is a component that is sleeved on the pump shaft to support the pump shaft. There are two types of rolling bearings and sliding bearings. Rolling bearings use tallow as a lubricant to refuel properly. Generally, 2/3~3/4 of the volume is too much to generate heat, too little and there is noise and heat! The sliding bearing uses transparent oil as a lubricant, add oil to the oil level line. Too much oil will seep out along the pump shaft and drift low, and too little bearing will overheat and burn out and cause accidents! During the operation of the water pump, the temperature of the bearing is at 85 degrees and generally runs at about 60 degrees. If it is high, find the cause (whether there are impurities, whether the oil is black, whether water enters) and deal with it in time!
5. The sealing ring is also called the leakage reducing ring. The gap between the impeller inlet and the pump casing is too large to cause the water in the high-pressure area of the pump to flow to the low-pressure area through this gap, which will affect the pump's water output and reduce the efficiency! If the clearance is too small, friction between the impeller and the pump casing will cause abrasion. In order to increase the reflux resistance, reduce the internal leakage, and delay the impeller and pump casing, a sealing ring is installed at the junction of the inner edge of the pump casing and the external aid of the impeller, and the sealing gap should be kept between 0.25 and 1.10mm.
6. The stuffing box is mainly composed of packing, water seal ring, packing tube, packing gland, and water seal pipe. The function of the stuffing box is mainly to close the gap between the pump casing and the pump shaft so that the water in the pump does not flow to the outside and the outside air does not enter the pump. Always maintain the vacuum in the pump! When the pump shaft and the packing generate heat due to friction, the water seal pipes the water into the water seal ring to cool the packing! Maintain the normal operation of the pump. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the inspection of the stuffing box during the itinerant inspection of the pump operation! The packing should be replaced after 600 hours of operation.
Application :
1. ISG type pipeline centrifugal pump is used to transport clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden irrigation, fire pressurization, and equipment supporting, operating temperature T: ≤80°C.
2. IRG (GRG) type hot water (high temperature) circulating pump is widely used in energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, paper, and hotels and restaurants and other boilers for high-temperature hot water pressurized circulation and urban heating system circulation pumps, IRG operating temperature T: ≤120ºC, GRG operating temperature T: ≤240ºC.
3. The IHG type pipeline chemical pump is used to transport liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, electric power, papermaking, food, pharmaceutical, and synthetic fiber sectors. The use temperature is T :-20ºC-120ºC.
4. YG-type pipeline oil pump is used to transport petroleum products such as gasoline, diesel, kerosene, etc. The operating temperature is T: -20ºC-120ºC.
Working conditions:
1. Suction pressure ≤1.0Mpa, or pump system working pressure ≤1.6Mpa, that is, pump suction port pressure + pump head ≤1.6Mpa, pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5Mpa, please indicate the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6Mpa, it should be stated separately when ordering. In order to use cast steel materials for the flow parts and connection parts of the pump during manufacture.
2. Ambient temperature <40ºC, relative humidity <95%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size is less than 0.2mm. Note: If the medium used is with fine particles, please specify when ordering so that wear-resistant mechanical seals can be used.
