Quality Control of marine polyurethane foam fender for dock  

The EVA foam we use in the construction of our Foam Filled Fenders is the closed cell type. 

It is made from Ethylene Vinyl Acetate and blended copolymers. It has a high level of 

chemical cross linking. These foams are flexible and resilient making them ideal for 

fendering products. Importantly, the foams are also chemically inert and 

nonabsorbentmaking them suitable for use in marine environments. Our closed 

cell EVA foams are available in a range of densities from 120 kg/m³ to 140 kg/m³.
