A1: Samples usually takes 2-3days if material in stock;

         Inventory: Can be shipped out within 1-3day;

       New items: For 50pcs-5000pcs at 3-15days .For 5000pcs-100Kpcs at 15-30days

Q2: Can the sample charge be refunded or deducted from the payment for goods?   

A2: Yes, we usually offer 2-3pcs free samples if it's general products.

       For special customized sample, the sample free will refund once the order placed.
