Service
1. OEM and ODM are available. Please check with us anytime for details.
2. Scooter spareparts also available, motors, controllers, LCD displayer, battery, tires, brakes, etc.
3. Each scooter will come along with User Manual, Please read the User Manual carefully before riding.
4. Please abide to your local riding laws, rules and regulations.
5. It is necessary to wear protection clothes and helmet when riding. Better to set tilt back speed which is lower than 35km/h.
6. For max speed: It various from riders' weight, road situation, temperature, battery capacity(remember not to ride high speed when battery capacity is in low stage, it is more likely to suffer unexpected cut off when ride it fast in low battery capacity).
7. The warranty is 2 years. If there is no man-made problem during the warranty period, we will provide replacement or repair for our customers with free.
8. For after-sales, please send pictures or video of the scooter, and show what the problem is.
