Summary:
In 1987 our company started researching and producing bellows valves, and in 1988 was honored the Scientific and Technological Progress Award in Anhui Province. Substitution import, to fill the domestic import in 1996, on the basis of referring to DIN3230, 3203,3239,2533,2526, our company formulated the industry standard JB/T11150, forming serialized products. In 1998, DN50-250mm large size bellows globe valves filled the domestic blank of bellows valves, being granted the certificate of National Key New Product. In the same year, we were awarded the High-tech Product Certificate in Anhui Province, and the small size bellows valve was honored the title of Famous Brand Product in Anhui Province. Now the large size bellows valves of our company reach a diameter of DN600mm.
Design and manufacturing as per JB/T11150, GB/T12224, DIN3202, DN3239,ASME B16.34, API602, MSS-SP-117; Inspection and testing as per API598, JB/T9092 and DIN3230.
The bellows valve is more reliable than ordinary valves in the prevention of leakage, ensuring sealing between stem and bonnet. With the advantages of good safety, reliability and no pollution, the products are widely applied in various poisonous, harmful, inflammable and explosive media of high penetration and high radioactivity in such industries as chemical fiber polyester, CTA/ethylene, nuclear power station, solar power station, chlor-alkali and polycrystalline silicon.
Our company obtained TS certificate in 2008. With the most prominent features of good safety, reliability and no pollution, the bellows valves of excellent quality are especially suitable for inflammable, explosive , poisonous and dangerous fluid medium systems and projects of strict environmental protection requirements. It is the best choice especially for the process of radioactive substances in nuclear industry.
Our company has established the quality management system in strict accordance ISO9001 and API Q1 to ensure that design, manufacturing inspection and testing process of the bellows valve are controlled. Especially the body, bonnet, bellows, stem and bellows assembly of the valve have been subject to strength test, air seal test and helium mass spectrometer leak test according to different requirements before the assembly, and the liquid penetration method is adopted to inspect the sealing pair and other welding parts. After the whole machine is assembled. 100% high pressure seal test ,air seal test and helium mass spectrometer leak test are carried out to ensure the quality of the whole machine.
