Product Description

Application:
TYB-Ex series fuel oil filtration plant integrate Coalescer and Separator Filter elements, high efficiency demulsification and dehydration into one body. Besides removing all particles from the oil, this series can remove large water content without heating. It owns fastest dehydration speed in domestic and can quickly separate water from the oil to attain cleanness of NAS six grades, with convenient using with the go-cart model design. This machine is especially designed for purifying fuel oil including diesel and gasoline as well as light lubricating oil. TYB-Ex series is explosion-proof type. It can meet requirement in various dangerous environments.

Features: 
1. It integrates two functions of precision filtration and high-efficiency dehydration, which can effectively break the emulsified structure of oil and water in oil, and separate free water and emulsified water in oil
2. High filtration accuracy, large amount of dirt, long filter life, high dehydration efficiency.
3. Do not change the physical and chemical properties of the oil and extend the life of the oil.
4. No heating, vacuum and high-speed centrifugation, low energy consumption and low running cost.
5. This machine has pressure automatic control and protection device, filter failure alarm, electrical overload protection is safe and reliable, easy to operate and maintain.
6. This equipment can efficiently remove free water and solid pollutants in the oil, and can also bypass and online purify the oil during the operation of the equipment as required.
