Factory was founded in 2002 and we keep our focus on upholstery fabric from then on.In 2008,offices in Poland,Brazil were built.In 2010,export turnover exceed 15 million USD.In 2011,new factory was built,which produce wide width fabric.In 2012,turnover exceed 40 million.Now the new story is going on.

Technique

 

From 2002 when we found this factory,we have done nothing else,the only thing we keep doing is developing new and producing upholtery fabric.In 2005,we developed new items micro suede treated with bronzed,emboseed. In 2010,we developed the new items faux linen and in 2011 we developed the new  items corduroy.And now we have 30 technicians in our group.

Capacity

 

We own over 500 sets of water jet and jacquard looms and warping and sizing machines.Daily output 100,000 meters.In 2011,we built our lamination plant and in 2012 built the cut-pile plant,which make us complete and competitive.Besides,We have more than 20 tellas who keep working in the dyeing factory to push the delievery time and control the quality.
