Properties:
Chrome oxide is a green crystal powder, metal luster, magnetic, good covering strength, high-temperature-resisting and sunlight fastness. Not soluble in water, barely soluble in acids, comparatively stable in air, unaffected by acids and alkalis of common density, sulfur dioxide, sulfur hydrogen etc. Chrome oxide green enjoys excellent quality and firmness of coloring.
 
Applications:
Chrome Oxide is used in smelting of metal chrome, as coloring agent of chrome carbide, enamel, glass, artificial leather and building material, as organic synthetic catalyst, in making of sunlight fastness coatings, special printing ink for paper money, making of polishing ointment and abrasive etc.

3.Usage

a. Refractory materials grade:
Can be directly used as refractory materials,
or produce composite refractory with magnesium oxide, alumina etc.
b. Pigment grade: 
Used in paint, printing ink, rubber, ceramic, enamel,
coloured cement, artistic pigments, camouflage coatings etc.
c. Metallurgy grade:
Mainly used in producing metal chromium (thermite process) and chromium carbide,
also in the manufacture of special alloy materials
d. Ceramics grade:
Used to make ceramic glaze,
also adjusted the ratio of other materials to make different pigmented glaze.
e. Abrasive grade:
used in machinery, instruments, apparatus  clock and watch,
ball bearing,lapping and polishing of other metal materials.

f. Electric smelting grade:
As the melt blowing coating, with the aid of plasma spray directly to the surface of  metal, ceramic, given the high wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.
Melt blowing or thermal spraying method is a kind of new technology, with more than 3000 °C high temperature gas or plasma jet, the partial melting of solid particles and directly (without solvent, resin, porcelain glaze) spray to the metal, ceramic work piece, the coating layer has good properties of heat resistant, wear resistant, corrosion resistant.
g. Lower hexavalent chromium Cr6+: 
The percentage of hexavalent chromium Can be controlled in 10 PPM
or even lower,also can produce as request.
f. Other special usages: 
Glass, leather, dye construction materials, the organic synthesis catalyst,
production of sun-proof material, special inks of printing money,
metal surface chromizing, magnetic materials etc.
