Product introduction :
  1. The machine is designed to use a hot air generator to generate a heat source to directly act on the bottle body in the tunnel through the strong air vent above the bottle body.The special Z-shaped conveying system drives the bottle body to complete the preheating, blowing and drying processes in the tunnel.It is mainly used for dewatering and drying of the inside and outside of the bottle, with high thermal effect and economic stability and durability.
  2.  This machine is equipped with dehumidification system, which can ensure the high efficiency of hot air drying and ensure that the bottle body is free of moisture.
  3. It is mainly made of high quality SUS304 stainless steel,with beautiful and generous appearance;The electrical installation is carried out in accordance with CE standards, and the operation is simple, stable and durable.

  1. With Siemens liquid crystal display touch screen (PT) and Mitsubishi programmable logic controller (PLC) to set parameters and control the heating and performance accurately.
  2. The automatic frequency conversion balance can be set for the inside air.
  3. with functions of parameter sectoring display, automatic printing record and fault alarm display
  4. Complete 100-class laminar flow purification system of, air inlet & cooling thus ensuring indoor to keep running in  100-class state.
  5. Adopting chain-wheel driving mechanism to transmit mesh belt, so that it can eliminate the defects of mesh belt offtracking.
  6. meeting & exceeding YY0217.3-1995 medical standard requirements, in accordance with GMP standards.
