Automatic Bag Filling Sealing Packing Machine
Application:
By selecting different measuring instruments, it's suitable for the packaging of liquid, sauce, granules, powder, irregular blocks, noodles, vermiceli, pasta, spaghetti and other materials

1. It is controlled by German Siemens PLC and equipped with touch screen man-machine interface control system, which is easy to operate.
2. The machine uses frequency conversion speed regulation device, and the speed can be adjusted freely within the specified range.
3. It's with the function of Automatic detection. If the bag is not opened or fully opened, there is no feeding and heat sealing. The bag can be reused and that saves production costs for users.
4. Automatic bag feeding(continuous automatic bag feeding can be realized without manual participation)
5. Alarm and menu display, easy to solve machine problems.
6. Change the package size quickly within ten minutes
A: Adjust 20 grippers at the same time with one button
B: The size of the bag feeder is adjusted by the first wheel without tools. That is simple, convenient and fast.
7. Automatic lubrication system, easy to maintain.
8. The machine waits for the feeder to feed.
9. External parts are made of 304 stainless steel and oxidized aluminum alloy.
10. Specially designed sealing strip achieves perfect sealing(One sealing station, one pressure sealing station)
