INTRODUCTION
YPG pressure spraying (cooling) dryer uses a pressure atomizer, by means of the pressure of a diaphragm pump to atomize solution or slurry materials into fine droplets, thus significantly increase the surface of materials and rapidly dries materials through a full heat exchange with hot air, to obtain fine articles or powder product.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Operation process of this unit is that liquid is input under high pressure through the diaphragm pump, and then becomes mist to be discharged, decreasing in cocurrent flow with hot air. Most particles are collected by discharge opening in the bottom of the tower, while exhausts gas and fine powder are separated by cyclone separator, with exhausts gas discharged from the exhaust fan and powder collected by collecting canister in the lower end of the cyclone separator. Fan outlet can also be equipped with secondary dust removal devices, with a recovery rate of over 96-98%.
FEATURES
Fast drying speed; greatly increasing surface area of liquid after atomization; in a stream of hot air can instantly evaporate 95% -98%of water; it takes only ten to dozens of seconds to complete drying; especially suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials.
All products are spherical particles, in uniform size, with good mobility, good solubility, high purity and good quality.
Widely used; depending on the characteristics of the material it can dry with both hot air and cold air; strong adaptability to the materials.
Simple and stable operation, easy to control and realize automated job.
APPLICAITON
Spray drying grain:
Chemical: catalyst, resin, synthetic detergent, oil, sulfur, ammonium, dyes, dye intermediates, white carbon black, graphite, ammonium phosphate and so on.
Food: amino acids and the like, quelite, protein, starch, dairy products, coffee aspirate, fish meal, meat powder and so on.
Pharmacy: Chinese patent medicine, pesticides, antibiotics, medical drinking and so on.
Ceramics: magnesium oxide, clay, various metal oxides, dolomite.
Spray granulation: various ferrite, aluminum oxide, ceramic powder, pharmaceutical, heavy metallic super hardness steel, chemical fertilizer, granular detergent, Chinese patent medicine.
Spray cooling granulation: amino fatty acid, paraffin wax, glycerate, tallow and the like, which is often used in aspect of spray crystallization, spray concentration and spray reaction.
