Description
Blunt Fill Filter Needles are used for the draw-up of medication, re-constitution of medication and for accessing IV bags. These are often used to replace standard hypodermic needles and further reduce the risk of needle stick injuries. Our Blunt Fill Filter Needles have a 45° bevel and contain a 5 micron filter to ensure effective filtration of contaminant particles such as glass, metal, rubber and other materials. They are also compatible with all standard luer lock syringes.
• Ideal for use with glass vials/ampoules, compatible with all syringes.
• Significantly reduces risk of needlestick injury
• 10x the force to penetrate the skin, compared to a conventional needle• 45 degree angle cut on bevel reduces coring of vial stopper• 5 micron filter to capture particles during drawing up• Bold pink coloured cap for easy identification from standard needles• Sterile, Individual blister pack
