1ton medium frequency furnace with aluminum shell 


Application: It can melt all kind of iron, steel, and copper for casting mill balls, ingot or other products.
Melting material:  iron, steel, copper.
Melting rate: at least 1 ton per hour and temperatures of  1650°C being achieved. 
Notice: stainless steel and high manganese steel need more power to get higher temperature. Its Max temperature is 1800°C.

Aluminum Furnace Features

1. Long working life.  Furnace is made of aluminum and magnesium alloy materials, consisting of two pieces of aluminum shells and asbestos board, insulating board and stainless copper wire rod. It is durable to use for a long time.                                                                          
2. Safety.   The actual capacity of the furnace is greater than the rated capacity,  and the furnace is designed in a  good safety factor. So the furnace is stronger, can work smoothly when  the maximum load.                                                                                                                              
3. Tilting convinenently .   the furnace body is easy to turn over for pouring metal, and you could pouring metal through electric control or manual control.The tilt angle is 95 degrees at vertical.
