Tiansheng eco-solvent printable flocked heat transfer vinyl is designed for transferring all types of images onto cotton and polyester fabrics. Made from viscose rayon, it has a light furry texture and a velvety feel.

Simply print your image with an eco-solvent or solvent printer, cut out your design with a contour (plotter) cutter, weed away any unwanted vinyl and press onto your chosen substrate with a heat press.

Working guide
1.Make pattern design in computer
2.Cutting the design by plotter
3.Weed the unwanted material and lay the cut-design on the fabric
4.Set temperature for 150-160 Celsius and 10-15 seconds,and heat press
5.Remove clear PET film after it has cooled completely
