Product Description
TLFS Multi-purpose waste incinerator  adopts the most advanced one-stage pyrolysis gasification + surround wind con-firing + secondary incineration + burn-out incineration method. Incinerators reduce the solid mass of the original waste by 80-85% and the volume reduced by 95-96%.The highest temperature of incinerator running can reach 1100-1300ºC,which can achieve the effect of sterilization and disinfection. There will be no smoke,no smell,no pollution after be burning.

Process Technology
The design of primary combustion chamber of the incinerator uses gasification incineration technology to make the temperature in the furnace of the incinerator change from 200 to 850ºC,the temperature of the secondary combustion chamber can reach 1100-1300ºC,garbage will not be in the incineration process Problems such as frit, slag,and sintering occur. Compared with direct combustion furnaces and others furnaces,the gasification incinerator has a small amount of dust.
The residence time in the furnace is greater than 2 seconds,so that the combustible gas in the flue gas and the combustibles in the fly ash are completely incinerated ,and the gas purification equipment is provided at the rear of the incinerator.

A secondary incineration burner and a circulating air supply device are installed in the secondary mixing incineration chamber.At high temperatures,the combustible gas in the flue gas can be fully burned,and the gas generated by the gasifier can be efficiently mixed with air to burn,to prevent the carbon material in the gas flame from escaping and the occurrence of delayed burning.When the flue gas enters the high-temperature burn-out chamber,it adopts tangential entry and of combustion-supporting air ,etc.
