Introduction
High frequency screen is widely used to separate materials into various sizes for further processing or end use according to your needs. The material is separated by passing it through a vibrating "screen box", which has a number of different sized screens, or meshes, which the material falls through like a sieve, the material falls onto attached conveyors which stock pile the end products. The end products can then be used in the building and construction industries.
Working principle
The eccentric vibrator high speedly rotates by the motor through Vbelt, the rotating eccentric block produces large centrifugal force to bring sieve boxes circle moving with certain amplitude. Under the impluse of the sieve box, the materials on the leaning screens produce a continuou throwing motion;Inthe contacting process of the materials and screen surface, particles smaller than sieve pass through the screen and classification is realized.

Vibrating screen should start wihtout the materials on the screen surface, and try to avoid start the mahcine with materials,
screen machine should make sure to run smoothly before feeding material. Before halt, feeding materials should be first
stopped and all the materials are discharged. In the working process, the operating situation must be checked regularly,
once operate improperly or have abnormal sound, the machine must be stopped for check.The reasons must be found and
the faults must be removed.
