Basic Flow:
Big stones are evenly sent into jaw crusher by vibrating feeder, for coarse crushing. The coarsely crushed materials are sent to the impact crusher for further crushing. Then, the materials are transmitted to the vibrating screen through belt conveyor and classified according to their different sizes.
The qualified stones are sent to the stockpile by belt conveyor. Those unqualified stones are sent back to the impact crusher by belt conveyor and crushed again.
Dust removal plant can be assembled to the crushing machine to protect the environment.
