Why we choose powder coating?
We adopt chromium free passivation treatment before powder coating, so that the products will have excellent anti-corrosion and anti discoloration properties, besides, The product also does not contain harmful substances such as chromium, lead and cadmium. Moreover, chromium free passivation treatment will also form a layer of chemical conversion film on the surface of the product, which makes the combination of powder and product surface more firm during coloring, and significantly enhances the adhesion between product surface and layer.

Compared with other coloring methods, powder coating has the advantages of simple and convenient operation, stable performance and low comprehensive cost. In terms of raw materials, powder coating adopts high-efficiency and environmental protection powder with fluorine-free resin as raw material.
