High Durability, High Tear Strength, High tensile strength, Flame Retardant, Water proof, Fade proof, Anti-Mildew Treatment, Anti-Static, Excellent UV-Resistant, Cold Weather Resistant, Shrink-Resistant.
2. Hot welding machine and sewing machine
Hot air welder machine for the entire unit and D-rings as well as ropes for anchorage. Neat stitching, professional stitching machine, durable 12 strand nylon thread which is highly abrasion resistant and rot proof.
Double stitching & quadruple stitching; PVC reinforcement strips inside are stitched on all straight seams
3. Printer for 3D painting on inflatable, logo, etc
Quality digital printing, Silk printing, hand painting, etc, with protection oil which makes the printing also lead free and UV resistance.
4. Accessories
Repair bag include repair kits and glue for easy repair for small holes and broken.
5.Packing
We use the clear PVC bags package and then put it in carton or use the pvc tarpaulin bags directly.
6.Installation instructions
A. Spread the item on the smooth ground (not sharp things), and install to the place where you plan to install.
B. Then tie down the blower mouth into the air intake tube on the unit;
C. Once inflated make sure you immediately put the pressure relief cap on so that no extra air escapes.
D. Then check it to keep the item stable.
