Flotation Machine Manufacturer From China For Ore Concentration
Application: This flotation machine /flotation cells is applicable for the separation of nonferrous metal and ferrous metal and nonmetal, such as fluorite and talc.
Flotation Machine/Flotation Cell Working principle: The impeller is driven by V-belts, which can bring the centrifugal effect to form the negative pressure. On the one hand, to inhale sufficient air to mix with ore pulp; On the other hand to stir ore pulp and mix with medication to form the mineralized froth. To adjust the height of flashboard to control the liquid level and make the useful froth scraped by loam board.
Usage: To check the bolts before starting the machine and to use hand instead of impellers to prevent the sediment from adding the burden of electromotor. To adjust the height of strobe carefully to keep the stabilization of liquid level and scrape the mineralized froth to the launder. The impellers and stators should have a distance and should be changed when they are worn. The bearing in the pump should be maintained every three months.

The flotation-cell is mainly used to select copper, zinc, lead, nickel, gold and other non-ferrous metals. The flotation plant also can be used for the roughing and selection of ferrous metals and metalloid. In the process of flotation separation, the ups and downs of minerals almost have nothing to do with the mineral density. All those minerals that have high affinity with water or easy to be wet are hard to attach to the bubbles and float upwards, while those have small affinity with water or hard to be wet are easy to float upwards. Like other ore dressing methods, the flotation separation needs to do a good job in selecting the materials before separating, namely the ore needs to be ground and classified so as to achieve the suitable concentration and fineness for the separating at first.
