All the process of inner bag formating, filling, sealing, putting the inner bag into the outer bag and the outer envelop bag sealing, cutting and counting, date printing etc can be done automatically.

1) Unique Manipulator technique (Machine hand)
Our manipulator technique, which developed by our own independent research, has our own intellectual property. This design can put the inner bag into the outer package autimatically, in order to pack the inner bag and outer package in the same time at the same machine.
This special design makes the inner bag molding rate, further more to save the cost of the outer package usage.


2) High quality product which are made of #304 stainless steel.
Compare with other factories' machine (201 stain steel and iron screw), which always facing with rusting problems, our machine's exterior and even the exposed screw are all made of high quality 304 stainless steel, which meet with GMP requirement.

Our special heat sealing roller with the unique kraft process assure the seal side of the bag neat, air-tight, flat and beautiful.  

5) Special designed cotton thread and tag sending and hanging. 
This technology assured the rate of bag formating with one cotton thread and one tag.
