BZW-33JM Terminal cross section analyzer


We used our finest technology to create the BW-33JM to analyze all types of wires and be sure the machines are making the high quality crimping needed. It automatically cuts the terminal with micro adjusting and high speed sharpening using an electrolytic corrosion fixed clamper to hold the wire. The size of the clamper its changeable according to the wire been analyzed. The software is really fast analyzing new types of terminal crimping. We have had great feedbacks from our customers in the vehicle, family appliance and IT industries.

High Quality: The key inspecting part is imported from Germany ensuring long service life. 
High Precision: We use ball screw transmission technology from Japan Misumi to ensure the cutting precision and Z shaft micro-grinding technology from Japan Misumi to achieve grinding accuracy of 0.01mm. BW-33JM is equipped with micro adjusting clamping module for the terminal (Scale: 0.01mm). 
High Efficiency: It uses high technology in the double motor and independent control to get a cutting and grinding speed of 0-4000 rotations/minute. It has a data collecting system for rotary speed to use relative rotary speed for terminals with different diameters. 
Microscope Skills: 0.7X-4.5X with a total zoom rate of 16-320X. Zoom rate: 6.5: 1. Working distance: 100mm. Image-forming system: 3 megapixels Japan High Digital CCD. 
High Performance: The technology used for terminal cutting and grinding is the same to ensure its uniformity. We use the super thin blade cutting technology from Germany to avoid the deformation of terminal when cutting. The brushless motor used is low in consumption and high in working efficiency
Weather proof: Working temperature: -5ºC40ºC. Related moisture: ≤85% without any condensation. 
Easy to use: The microscope is easily adjustable and has a measuring precision of 0.001mm. LED white light and exclusive cleaning agent for wire terminals are also included to improve quality vision. The crimping height and width are easily modified and applied to any plane geometry dimension (point, line, round, area, perimeter, angle, distance, arc, chord).
