Q1: Do you support OEM/ODM?
A1: Yes. we accept all OEM orders, give us your design, we will check, give you a reasonable price and make samples for you ASAP.

Q2.Can you supply me samples?
A2: Yes. It will be free charge for stock one design, but OEM design will charge sample fee, shipment charge of all samples would be paid by customer first. 

Q3: What is your terms of payment?
A3: TT, L/C.

Q4: When can I get the quotation?
A4: Usually would quote you within 24 hours after getting your inquiry. If urgently, please call us or tell us by mail, so that we could regard your inquiry priority.

Q5: How about your company's quality control?
A5: We have professional QA & QC team to fully track the order from pre-production to finished goods.

Q6: What's the shipping way?
A6: Will deliver goods by Fedex or DHL express for small q'ty , and ocean shipment for large q'ty.
