Epoxy Resin For Winding Pipe is specially developed for pipe winding. It has low mix viscosity, g ood impregnation with fiber. The laminate has good tenacity, acid and alkali resistan ce, heat resistance, and mechanical performance. It's suitable for pipe winding and a ccessories, also can be used for infusion.

4.Use and curing process:
A.Preparation: molding with cloth or blanket, to advance after surface treatment, as far as possible choose after pretreatment of fiber reinforced material, no matter what kind of fiber and metal products, before use must keep dry, don't be stained with oil. 
B.mixture: mix 323A epoxy resin with 323B curing agent in the correct proportion(weight ratio), 323A epoxy resin(suggest 40 ºC for one hour to preheat in 
winter), please hold the agitator in vertical when stirring, stir the mixture for 2-3mins in the same direction like clockwise (or counterclockwise), to minimize the stir the air into the mixture.
 
Note: mixture must be stirred very well at the bottom of the container and the edge, otherwise some place will not be cured.
 
Please use the mixture within the suitable time. Note the suitable time will be reduced along with the temperature rising. The operating time in summer is the half . The operating time of the drippy mixture when winding will be shorten.

C.The shaping and curing: process molding and curing as required. It can be released after cool.
 
D.Cleaning and maintenance: to clean all the tools and equipment after completion of the work every day with organic solvents such as acetone
