Description:
LH-SJ601 is stainless steel with alkali sintering flux,about 1.8 alkalinity,spherical particles,the particle size 10 to 60 mesh(1.7-0.25mm).It can be used on DC(+) or AC,when using DC(+),the wire to the positive(+),arc busing stability weld forming is smooth and beautiful,pure,deposited metal almost does not increase carbon,with the characteristics of chromium burning less suitable for low carbon and low carbon stainless steel submerged arc welding.

Usage:
when applied to appropriate welding wires such as HOCr21Ni10,HOOCr21Ni10 and HOOCr19Ni12Mo2, It can weld low-carbon steel,super-low carbon steel and highalloy heat-resisting steel,and is fit for multiway welding.

Cautions:
1.The oil soil,moisture,iron rust and other foreign substances must be removed form the welding joint.
2.The welding flux must be baked under 300-500ºC for 2 hours before welding.

Description: The main chemical composition of stainless steel welding wire ER308 is 18Cr-8Ni. The weld metal has good mechanical properties, intergranular corrosion resistance and good crack resistance.
Application: Stainless steel welding wire ER308 can be used for welding austenitic stainless steel of type 18-8, 18-12 and 20-10. It is usually used for welding of similar composition, especially the type of 304.
