How To Place Order
Ordering is very simple. Just do below:
1. First you send your quote, it is better with artwork.
2. We then reply with a price and shipping cost option(by express, airline or ship).
3. If you like our price we will ask you for your artwork in a format, if we have your artwork we will send you a flag template by email.
4. Once you approve the flag template we then send you the proforma invoice for order confirmation and payment.
5. Once payment is made we start to make your order.
6. Once your order is made we will send it out and inform you a tracking number.
Payment ways
TT, Wire Transfer.
Our bank details will be given out when requested.
For big order, we allowed the payment term 30% T/T, the balance before delivery or against copy of B/L.
Refund policy
We offer a 14 days money back guarantee on stocked flags, starting from when the flags leave our factory once this period is over we except no responsibility to the flag or flags.
We offer no refund on custom made flags please be sure you are happy with your quote and design before you make payment.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
This depends on your order.
For small orders 1-1000 flags about 12-18 days and orders over this amount we will tell you in your quote.
Import Duty and Taxes.
Each country has their own import and duty taxes, they all have thresholds if your order is over the threshold you may incur import and duty taxes and this is to be paid by the customer.
