FRP(Fiberglass-Reinforced Plastics) is a general termrelating to the reinforcement of plastic with fibrous glass.Typically,thisextends the operating temperature of the material to approximately 230ºF(110ºC)and the tensile strength(in psi) to approximately ten times that of PVC.
The FRP profiles are made by the Pultrusion process in which the glass reinforcement fiber is impregnated with thermosetting resion and pulled througha heated die to produce a fully cured,high strength finished profile.they have the features of corrosion resistant,light weight and high strength,low maintenace,dimensional stable and environment friendly.FRP profiles include tubes,rod,channel,beams,angle,plateand custom made shapes.Profiles can be used for electric reactor,constructing platforms, handrails, walkways,bridges,cable tray etc.
