VANOO (SHANGHAI) OSLO type Evaporation crystallizer
Oslo type crystallizer is also called suspension bed crystallizer. Oslo type crystallizer has been designed and used for a long time and has a wide range of applications. It can obtain large grain crystals.
In the evaporative Oslo crystallizer, the circulating feed liquid is heated by the heater and then enters the vacuum evaporation separation chamber for evaporation to achieve supersaturation. The crystal liquid enters the suspension bed through a vertical pipe in the evaporation separation chamber to grow the crystal; In the cooler of cooled Oslo crystallizer, the saturated feed liquid is cooled to supersaturation by the cooler, and then enters the suspension bed through the vertical pipe to make the crystal grow.
