    This transparent nylon, CXT8113, have excellent features. Among them, the light transmission rate more than 90%, better than PC, close Organic-glass; water absorption rate is 0.41%, lower than the average of nylon, good dimensional stability. Additionally, it has good thermal stability, impact toughness, electrical insulation, resistance to aging; low haze, abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, hot water resistance, self-extinguishing and other excellent properties; products have low shrinkage, low coefficient of linear expansion; high barrier property, good retort resistance: oxygen permeability is 1/20-1/25 of PET; carbon dioxide permeability is 1/5 of PET; water permeability with PET considerably ; In terms of stress cracking is better than that of PC and PMMA, it is a good comprehensive properties of transparent engineering plastics.

CXT8113 transparent nylon resin is up to the standard of RoHs, REACH and possesses the non-polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHS) test report. It also meets requirements of SVHC and can be applied in the area of food contact, water contact product.
 
Safety & Handling           
CXT8113 has no irritation for skin. We should adopt enough ventilation to remove the smoke that may hurt peoples' eyes, nose, throat, and upper respiratory tract in the work area. Mind your hands and other exposed parts of the body under high-temperature processing. If molten resin exposed to the skin, apply cold water or ice to lower the contact parts. Don't try to stripped solidified resin from the skin and the burned area should be treated. Cleaning timely the scattered resin particles to prevent the pedestrian from falling because of its slippage.                           
It has no special requirements for the  processing of waste, we can process by sanitary landfill or put into the incinerator. Disposal of waste should comply with regional, provincial and national regulations.
