Installation homogenizer - disperser designed to develop and highly homogeneous multicomponent solutions, emulsions, suspensions and pastes, and combines the principles of operation of the rotary-pulsating devices and milling impellers and has a device for changing the gap between the side surfaces of the rotor and stator teeth. The facility can be operated in a mixer, disperser. Temperature heating products at this facility up to 100 0C.
Working Method:
High Shear Batch Emulsifier(mixer) is suitable for mixing, Dispersing, Shearing and Homogenizing all kinds of viscous liquid and pastes. The products could be applied in Food, Beverage, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Paint& ink industry etc. The Unit consists of a centrally located shaft, connected to a flanged type motor mounted on a steel housing. We have four types of different stators to suit different working condition.
