3.1 Application

End carriage is applicable for wide range of cranes, such as workshop overhead bridge crane, gantry crane, etc. We are committed in providing our customers with quality and customized service.

3.2 Design Feature

1. High strength profile with reinforced plate inside
2. 45# steel wheel group, HRC45-48.

3.3 Manufacturing Process

1. Automatic cutting of round steel
2. Wheel center hole: mechanical drilling machine and digital drilling machine
3. Wheel rough machining, lathe finish machining
4. Cutting and blanking
5. Assembly welding
6. Boring and milling surface
7. Press the shaft into the wheel bearing and install it into the bearing housing
8. Fill in the lubricating oil, cover the sealing cover, and install the oil nozzle into the oil filling hole
9. After adding a spacer sleeve on the shaft, install the wheel on the whole bearing seat
10. Wheel installation complete
11. Motor installation
12. Packing
