High concentrated emerald blue fixing agent for reactive dyes & direct dyes on cotton fabrics

Production description
Polyester/cotton fixing agent is a special high molecular polymer, can significantly improve the fastness of reactive dyes and direct dyes on cotton fabrics.

Characteristic and advantages
1. Not contain formaldehyde, APEO and heavy metal ions;
2. Can improve various fastness indexes of polyester/cotton fabrics;
3. Does not affect fabric hand feel and light


Application range 
Suitable for cotton fabric after fixative of reactive dyes or direct dyes, which can reduce the initial determination. Can improve one level of washing water fastness and half to one level of color fastness.

Reference artwork  
Dipping method:
        3183H fixing agent  10~40g/L ,one dipping one padding -setting (140~170ºC)
Impregnation method:
        3183H fixing agent  1 - 4% (o.w.f), 25-45ºC*15-20min → dehydrating, drying

NOTES
Can not be used in the same bath as anionic additives; When used with silicone softeners, please do a compatibility test before use.

PACKING
50kg/120kg plastic drum (lined with plastic bag). Store in a cool and ventilated place to prevent heat and insolation. Shelf life is 6 months
