Product introduction:
In histopathology, the tissue must be fixed in time and effectively to complete the subsequent embedding and slicing. The function of tissue fixation is to maintain the inherent morphology and structure of tissues and cells, prevent the corrosion of bacteria and the autolysis of tissue cells, preserve the inherent substances in cells, make intracellular proteins coagulate, minimize or terminate the reaction of endogenous and exogenous enzymes, and keep cells or tissues basically the same as living substances. It also harden tissue and facilitate tissue repair. For some infectious specimens, it can prevent the spread of disease and preserve the gross specimens. Finally, fixation can also enhance the effect of staining. Formldehyde is the most commonly used fixing agent, which has strong penetration, uniform fixation, reduced tissue collection and proper hardness, and is suitable for the fixation of most tissue samples.
***'s traditional fixation method of testicular tissue is to fix it with a fixed solution, but the fixative solution is acidic, which has a great influence on antigen and nucleus, and the tissue staining is significantly affected. The testicular tissue fixed with paraformaldeyde fixative solution is prone to interstitial loss. The fixed solution is specially used for the fixation of animal testicular tissue, which can keep the tissue structure intact, retain most of the antigens, do not affect the staining of the nucleus, and do not affect the IHC or IF detection. The main components of this product are formaldhyde solution, ethanol and glacial acetic acid.

Storage condition:
Stored at room temperature, in a cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight, valid for 24 months.
Usage:
After the mouse testicular tissue was removed, it was immediately put into a sufficient amount of fixation solution, fixed at room temperature for 20-24h, and then transferred to 70% ethanol for preservation.
The testicular tissue of rats and other animals is large. In order to ensure thorough penetration, sharp blades can be used to cut the tissue into a suitable size, or the needle is gently perforated on the outer membrane and put into a sufficient amount of fixed solution. Fixed 20-24h, as far as possible no more than 48 h, and then transferred to 70% ethanol preservation.

Notes:
1. please use in a well-ventilated environment, and do a good job of protection to avoid inhalation.
2. Tissue fixation should be controlled within 48h and then transferred to 70% alcohol for preservation or transport, otherwise it may affect the immune test results of tissue structure or protein.
3. Please tighten the cap in time to prevent the active ingredient from volatilizing.
4. For your safety and health, please wear lab clothes and disposable gloves.
