Product Desciption
Water spray rotary retort is mainly suitable for viscous but stirrable products, for example congee, cream, condensate milk, flavored milk etc. As for the milk products, it can also reduce coking and avoid the formation of cream layer. Even for the normal products, it will reduce the process time and make the production line more efficient. And it has excellent homogeneity inside the machine and a gentile product treatment.
The main components are assembled using special tooling and CNC machines.
The inner rotation plate is made of high-quality steel. After semi-finishing, welding and assembly to eliminate the internal stress, it is processed and formed by a machining center at one time to ensure the concentricity of the axis and the rotating body during the rotation. After processing, dynamic balancing treatment is carried out to ensure that the rotation body will not be biased during rotation. 
About the roller:
After the rolling ring is forged, the whole body is welded to the rotation plate, and the rotation body is reinforced by diagonal bracing. After a long period of use, if the wear is serious, you can only replace the roller ring without adding too much cost.
Pressing plate system features:
1. Every basket has one air cylinder, pressing the cans separately so that can balance the height difference.2. Pressing plate bottom is silica gel which is soft so that can help press the cans tight.
3. We will consider the centrifugal force and how much strength can press the can tight then to calculate pressing plate pressure to ensure that all cans static.
DTS self-studied patented technology D-TOP system can be sensitive to temperature. It can automatically calculate the pressure changes inside the container according to the temperature. And then automatically adjust the pressure inside the retort to get the pressure balance between container internal and external. So it can prevent the package's deformation, keep the package shape. Especially suitable for aluminum tray products. Pressure was controlled in + / - 0.05 bar with compressed air intake valve and exhaust valve.
Inside tube material is stainless steel 316L, no need to replace the rubber gasket, no need maintenance, corrosion resistance, long service life.
