K-STM series jacketed kettle are standard kettles with cover, and tilting device. The kettle are all made of stainless steel food grade. inner wall of our jacketed kettles usually use 180~240 grit abrasive. the outer wall of the kettles can be mirror polish or matt.
Heating types available for Stainless steel jacket kettle / tilting jacketed kettle
K-ST series jacketed kettle can be heated by steam, Natural gas, as well as electricity. steam heating type jacketed kettle require users have steam generator while electric heating kettle use inner heating elements.
for buyers who have no steam generator, gas heating kettle and electric heating kettles are a better choise.
