Product Overview
    DF101 One-component Polyurethane Adhesive is moisture-curable. Terminal isocyanate of glue molecular can not only crosslink with moisture, but also form chemical bonds with active hydrogen atom on the surface of the adherend, which increase adhesive strength. This adhesive is convenient to use, curing at room temperature. Increasing the temperature and humidity can accelerate the curing. Curing speed can be adjusted according to consumers' requirements. DF101 One-component Polyurethane Adhesive is of excellent adhesive property to a variety of materials. High solid content, not corroding EPS foam, it is the best choice for small batch production of composite plate, and for product repairing.

Applications
a. Used for bonding color plate, gypsum board, fireproof board, pvc board, aluminum foil, etc. and composite materials, such as extruded sheet, rock wool, polyurethane foam board, EPS board, phenolic board, glass fiber; of high strength, good flame retardancy; for instance, for the production of vanitation pipe of central air-conditioning, composite boards of refrigeration storage, new architecture board, etc.
b. Used for bonding metal and metal, metal and nonmetal, nonmetal and nonmetal in industries of rubber, wood, machinery, instruments, etc.
c. Used for production in industries of Automotive, aviation, chemical, decoration, etc. (for instance, automotive lighting and muffler, pen, brush, bonsai, security door, mirror, mounting rubber floor tile)
