Cooking Instruction:

1. Clean and cut 1-1.3kg fish to slices, and mixed well with tender fish powder, add a little yellow wine for 8-10 minutes for
     preparation.

2. Put the sauce seasoning into a pot, add about 700g water to boil for 2-3 minutes.

3. Put the prepared fish into the pot and cook for 2-3minutes, then take all in a container, and sprinkle the hot spicy powder
     onto the fish.

4. Pour 150g vegetable oil in the pot and heat till it is hot, then pour the oil onto the hot spicy powder.

5. Ready to serve.
