XL1509 is a 150KHz fixed frequency pulse Wide modulation (step-down) DC/DC converter. Has 2A Load driving capability and high efficiency, low ripple and excellent Linearity, good load regulation capability, and only a minimum of external components are required. Adjustable output is easy to use, built-in frequency compensation and fixed frequency Rate oscillator. Pulse width modulation control circuit can linearly adjust the duty The ratio is from 0 to 100%. With enabling function, built-in overcurrent and Short-circuit protection function, when over-current and short-circuit protection occurs, The operating frequency of XL1509 will be reduced from 150KHz to 50KHz. The built-in frequency compensation module maximizes the external components of the XL1509 less.
