3. Higher output quality. The meltblown fabric produced by this machine is in full compliance with China's N95 production standard, it can make fabric up to BFE95 and BFE99.

Introduction to the structure of the production line
Fully automatic feeding→melt metering pump→melt filtration→spray plate assembly→receiving network→electrostatic electret 1→electrostatic electret 2→ online slitting → online winding
Production process demonstration
Polypropylene pellet feedstocks are divided into one-component and two-component.
A. Single-component raw materials are raw materials without adding any additives.
B. Two-component feedstock divided into polypropylene (pp) pellets + electret masterbatch
The main role of the electret masterbatch is to concentrate and store static electricity to achieve the absorption of fine dust particles.
The heating part of the machine is: extrusion system, melt metering pump, melt nozzle and hot air compressed air.
This machine must be operated by a professional captain, non-captain please do not start the machine, to ensure safe production.
Specification of the production line
Polymer Feeding
The machine is equipped with an automatic vacuum suction and feeding device, the polymer is generally made into small spherical and granular slices, the vacuum is opened, the material can be fed into the extruder equipped hopper. If the material in the hopper is low, fill the hopper immediately, otherwise the material will be broken and the meltblown cloth will eventually become thin or not mesh.
Melt extrusion
In the feed end of the screw extruder, the polymer slices and additives and other necessary raw materials, after full mixing into the screw extruder, heating into a melt, pay attention to the heating temperature should be adjusted according to the characteristics of the raw materials, can be set according to the parameters suggested by the manufacturers, or can be adjusted according to the actual production requirements, so that the finished product can meet the requirements of use.
Fibre formation
The filtered clean melt should pass through the filter screen, and then evenly fed into the spinneret, so that the extrusion amount of each spinneret hole is the same, if the amount of spout is significantly reduced or can not reach the normal extrusion amount, it is necessary to stop and check whether there is a fault, check whether the filter screen is blocked or not, and promptly remove the problem so as not to damage the extrusion equipment. When eliminating the problem of the extruder, you can check the filter plate of the spinneret, you can observe whether the holes on the filter plate can not flow properly the melt of debris there. The fibers are extruded by side winds that pull the melt out of the spinneret holes and then cooled to form fibers.
Electrostatic discharge
PM2.5 particles are isolated in two ways: mechanical blocking and electrostatic adsorption. Among them, mechanical blocking is the use of mask fiber filtration material its own small pore space to block the invasion of bacteria and viruses, this mechanical blocking effect on the particle size of less than 1μm particles filtering effect is very poor, can not play a purifying role. Therefore, improving the filtration efficiency of the mask meltblown filter media can be achieved by increasing the electrostatic adsorption capacity of the mask. To increase the electrostatic adsorption capacity of the mask, meltblown nonwoven filter material is required for electropole treatment. The electret treatment will bring a large amount of electrostatic charge to the fiber surface, using electrostatic adsorption to capture fine particles, can enhance the filtration efficiency, and does not increase breathing resistance.
Slitting and winding
At the end of the line there is winding equipment. Cut and wind the formed meltblown nonwoven fabric to the size required for packaging. The winding has a tension control device that keeps the winding in a stable state at all times. The distance between the cutters is the width of the nonwoven fabric. The distance between the cutters can be adjusted according to the production needs and the number of cutters can be arranged.
