Production process of meltblown fabric

1. Trade term: FOB Guangzhou
2. Payment term: 50% T/T of the total amount shall be paid as the deposit when the contract is signed, and 50% balance paid by T/T before delivery.
3. Delivery time: 25-28 days upon receipt of deposit.
4. Place of delivery: Party A's factory.
5. Installation and debugging: Due to current special period of the outbreak , Party A cannot provide to-door installation, Party A will complete whole set machine installation and debugging in the factory and notify Party B to check the equipment in Party A's factory before shipment. When Party B confirms the acceptance of the equipment, then the machine will be shipped out from Party A's factory. Party A provides contactless installation guidance, such as operation instructions, teaching video and remote video guidance.
6. Warranty: 12 months for mechanical parts and 6 months for electrical components from the date of delivery. During the warranty period, if there is a product quality problem, Party A shall be responsible for the maintenance and supply of maintenance accessories (vulnerable parts such as ultrasonic and generator, etc., force majeure or equipment damage caused by Party B, it is not within the warranty scope). If the equipment is damaged due to Party B's reason, the maintenance cost shall be borne by Party B.
7. If Party B uses repair services or replacement parts not provided by Party A or not approved by Party A, the warranty period shall be suspended in advance.
8. If Party A is unable to perform the contract due to force majeure, Party B shall exempt Party A from the responsibility of failure or delay to perform the contract.
9. Way to solve the contract dispute: in case of any dispute between the two parties, friendly negotiation shall be conducted; if the negotiation fails, it shall be handled by the people's court in the place where Party A is domiciled.
