The factory and office area covers 10,000 square meters. In addition, we have six production lines for the production of PE, PP, PVC, EVA and ABS masterbatch, etc. The annual productivity is up to 20,000 tons.
2. The product description of Na2So4 Filler Masterbatch
NaSO4 filler masterbatch, also known as Anhydrous NaSO4 filler masterbatch, is mainly composed of NaSO4, the content of NaSO4 is about 80%, takes pe/pp as carrier, mixed with paraffin wax and other additives, the mesh of NaSO4 is generally 1250~2500 mesh. It's squeezed in a high-speed mixer and then being air cooled. The mesh depends on the customer's use effect.
NaSO4 filler masterbatch can be used for middle and low rated blown film products, high-end injection & blowing molding plastic products, can maintain the original whiteness and transparency of the product.
The adding ratio of NaSO4 masterbatch is 5%-40% (normally 10% for blown film)
