It can replace some of the raw materials without affecting the appearance properties of plastic products such as transparency, color, and physical and mechanical properties, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing costs. The filler masterbatch can be divided into three types according to the composition: BaSO4 filler masterbatch, NaSO4 filler masterbatch and CaCO3 filler masterbatch.
The content can be customized. Among them, transparency: BaSO4> NaSO4> talc> CaCO3.
The price of CaCO3 filler masterbatch is generally cheaper than NaSO4 and BaSO4 filler masterbatch.

Universal Material Testing Machine,Desktop spectrophotometer,Pendulum impact test apparatus, Melt flow rate testing instrument, etc.
