Latex free, it is saturated with 70% isopropyl alcohol and soft as a piece of sponge. Alcohol prep pad is generally used to cleanse the skin before an injection or any form of medical procedure. It is to make sure that the area you are working on is sanitary to prevent the spread of disease and infection.
