Q1 ) Are you a factory or trading company? 

A1 Our factory is in Wenzhou of Zhejiang province, more than 10 years. We confirm each bag from our factory is superior quality, without any flaw. Welcome you visit our factory when you are in China. 


Q2) How can I place an order? 

A2 First and fast way is sending email to us, we will reply you within 12 hours. And you can contact by Skype, whatapp, email, Trade Manager or other instant ways, in case of any delays. 

Q3 ) When can I get the price?

A3 When we get your detailed quantity, material, size, logo, will send quotation to you within 12 hours. 

Q4 ) How can I get a sample to check your quality? 

A4 After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. Free a blank sample to check the design and paper quantity, as long as you afford the express freight. 

For printed non woven bag samples, we will check Moulding & Printing cost about $60-$500USD. The printing charge will act as payment for bulk order. 

Q5) What kind of format do you accept for printing? 

A5 AI, PSD, CDR, etc. New product Non Woven Shopping Bag, woven bag, non woven bag

Q6 ) How long can I receive the samples? 

A6 After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed format, the samples will be ready in 3-7days. 

The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days. 


Q7) What about the lead time for mass production? 

A7 Normaly, the production time for 20000-50000 PCS order need 15-25 days


Q8 ) What is your terms of delivery and the terms of payment? 

A8 We can accept EXW, FOB, CIF. Also we can accept T/T, PayPal, Western Union. 

You can also arrange the payment by Alibaba. 


Q9 ) How long is the turn around time? 

A9 The shipping time is usually during 3~7days if by express delivery. If shipped by sea, it may take 15~20 days to arrive Asia and the east of America, 21~28 days to arrive South America, about 15 days to Australia and almost a mouth to Europe.


Q10) Can we have our Logo or company name to be printed on non woven bag? 

A10 Yes, we can accept customized. You can change the material, size, logo and design, etc.
