E312-16 is a lime titanium type duplex stainless steel welding electrode.
S.S Welding Electrode E312-16
It deposits a ferritic-austenitic duplex weld metal with around 40% ferrite so it has excellent crack resistance.

Application:
It is suitable for welding Cr29Ni9 cast steels, high carbon steels, tool steels,
problem steels, as well as dissimilar metals.
Usage:
1) The welding electrodes should be baked at the temperature from 300°c to 350°c for 1 hour.
2) Before welding, the weld metal must be clear away impurities such as oil, rust, moisture etc.
